The ingredients

A boiled egg white "88"
A sheet of Vietnam flour
20 grams lettuce
10 grams carrots
10 grams spring onion
10 grams dill
Coriander 10 grams
3 tablespoons of seafood sauce

Directions

  1. Dip the flour into the water to make the powder soft.
  2. Put the lettuce on top of the flour, then put the spring onions, dill, carrots, celery leaves and egg white that cut into long strips.
  3. Roll the dough tightly, cut it into bite-sized pieces and serve with seafood sauce.
